Managing Tasks on Turfpal Mobile

With Turfpal Mobile, task management is more flexible than ever. Whether you're in the field or traveling between sites, you can create, assign, and track tasks directly from your mobile device.

Creating a New Task

Follow these steps to create a new task:

1. Open the Turfpal Mobile app and tap on Tasks in the bottom menu.
2. Tap the + icon to start a new task.
3. Enter the task details, including title, description, and priority.
4. Assign the task to a team member by selecting their name from the dropdown.
5. Set a due date and time if necessary.
6. Tap Save to create the task.

Assigning Tasks

Assign tasks directly from the field:

1. Select an existing task from the list.
2. Tap Assign and choose the team member from the list.
3. Add any additional instructions in the comments section.
4. Tap Assign Task to confirm.

Tracking Task Progress

Keep an eye on your team's progress:

1. Go to the Tasks section.
2. Tap on any task to view its details.
3. Check the status, comments, and updates from the assigned team member.
4. Use the Complete Task button when the task is finished.

Task Notifications
