Managing Equipment with Turfpal Mobile

Managing your turf equipment is easy and efficient with Turfpal Mobile. From tracking usage to scheduling maintenance, everything you need is in your pocket.

Equipment Check-In/Out​

Easily track your equipment in real-time:

  1. Open the Turfpal Mobile app and go to Equipment.
  2. Tap Check-Out to mark equipment as in use.
  3. Select the equipment and confirm the user or team.
  4. When done, tap Check-In to return the equipment to inventory.

Scheduling Maintenance​

Ensure your equipment is always ready for action:

  1. In the Equipment section, select the equipment that needs maintenance.
  2. Tap Schedule Maintenance.
  3. Choose the maintenance type and set a date.
  4. Assign the task to a team member or technician.
  5. Tap Save to schedule.

Tracking Equipment Usage​

Monitor how and when your equipment is being used:

  1. Go to Equipment and select any item to view its usage history.
  2. See details like check-out times, users, and maintenance records.
  3. Use the Filter option to view data by date or user.

Equipment Notifications​

Get notified of important equipment updates:

  • Overdue check-ins
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Equipment issues reported by users
