The Week Planner provides a comprehensive view of all tasks across a 7-day period, enabling effective weekly planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing.

Accessing the Week Planner

  1. Navigate to the "Planning" section in the left sidebar
  2. Select "Week Planner" from the menu
  3. The current week is displayed by default

The Week Planner displays tasks in a grid format showing:

  • All seven days of the week at a glance
  • Tasks organized by day and time

Managing Tasks in Week View

Creating a Task

  1. Click on any day in the week
  2. Select "Create Task" or use the "+" button
