Add Members to Task
Adding Members
- Open the task details by clicking on the task in the Planner Calendar.
- Locate the "Members" section in the task details sidebar.
- Click the "+" icon next to "Members" to add a new member.
- Select the member from the dropdown list that appears.
- Repeat steps 3-4 to add multiple members if needed.
Recording Working Hours
To add working hours for a member:
- Find the member's name in the task details.
- Click the clock icon next to the member's name.
- In the "Add working hours" modal that appears:
- Select the member from the dropdown (if not already selected).
- Choose the hourly rate (if applicable).
- Set the "From" and "To" times for the work period.
- Toggle "Subtract rest time" if needed and select the break duration.
- Add a description of the work done (optional).
- Click "Add hours" to save the entry.
- Repeat steps 2-4 for additional work periods or members.
Viewing Work Reports
After adding working hours:
- The total hours and cost (if applicable) will be displayed next to the member's name.
- A detailed breakdown of hours and costs for all members can be viewed in the task report.

Regularly updating working hours helps maintain accurate records for task duration and cost calculations.

The ability to add members or edit working hours may depend on your user role and permissions.
