Adding Products

  1. Open the task details by clicking on the task in the Planner Calendar.

  2. Locate the "Products" section in the task details sidebar.

  3. Click the "+" icon next to "Products" to add a new product.

  4. In the product addition form, fill out the following fields:

    • Warehouse: Choose the warehouse from which the product will be taken.
    • Requested quantity: Enter the estimated amount of product needed for the task.
    • Actual quantity taken from warehouse: Leave this blank initially (to be filled after task completion).
    • Comment: Add any relevant notes about the product usage (optional).
  5. Click "Update" to add the product to the task.

Stock Management

  • When you enter a value in "Requested quantity", this amount is temporarily deducted from the selected warehouse's stock.
  • The "Actual quantity taken from warehouse" field should be filled in when the task is completed, reflecting the exact amount used.
  • When the task status is set to "Finished", the value in "Actual quantity taken from warehouse" will be permanently deducted from the warehouse stock.

  1. Find the product in the task details.
  2. Click the edit icon (usually a pencil symbol) next to the product details.
